Winter's Snow
Gleaming.
Glowing.
Falling from the sky,
The flakes go by.
I stare out the window,
And watch the show.
Under the moon,
And a thousand stars,
The snow shines bright
On the cold winters night.
The icicles are hard and cold,
Housing secrets within untold,
The house’s lights
Reflect bright in the night.
The decorations are shining bright,
I am dazzled by the sight.
The colors are bold,
Both new and old
And the snow glows white,
Long into the cold winter’s night.
