Paper's Power
Paper is a weapon of murder
With ink added, a life could be taken
Men and women throughout time
Have used this concept to destroy the lives of many
J. K Rowling, Rick Riordan, John Green,
Amanda Dinero, Peggy Lynx,
Mofat, Joss Whedon, and the like, are
The modern murderers of this generation
Yet paper can also make a heart flutter
The words put upon it have the power
To melt hearts and make the mind fuzzy
It can take away the distress we feel
And replace it with feelings of love
So mundane, yet so powerful
It joins people together from all over the world
With the simple mention of bound paper,
Two people can become the greatest of friends
They bond over their joy and sorrows
They have felt from books
Trees ground down and tattooed
To be seen by the eyes of all
To influence and inspire
