As I Lay Here On The Ground
I close my eyes,
Trying to stop the tears
They run down my face,
Clearing a trail in the dirt
They fall into the dust,
As I lay here on the ground
The world spins around,
I can’t keep my balance
It spins and spins to fast,
Everything is just a blur
Naturally I fall down,
And I lay here on the ground
I can hear footsteps,
They fall all around me
No one hears when I cry out,
I can’t get them to listen
They all walk away,
While I lay here on the ground
I can’t take anymore,
This ache won’t go away
No one hears me cry,
They’re to wrapped up in themselves
No one sees me die,
As I lay here on the ground
