The Poem Has No Title
Mraz' burning, falling, crashing celestials
a certain enigmatic beauty perspective grants
For faith is the wish upon a falling star
But - wait before I should proceed
Let it be known by all and none
these words before the 'but' are truly not
Trivial
Impotent
Or Futile
as is common belief for all words before a 'but'
So, continuing
- But, if t'were the falling star were you
Not at all like the elegant figures of Stardust
Sans all ersatz
Sans the twinkling
Sans the purity
Sans the distance
But merely made of hot hydrogen and helium
Would the pain of crashing
be that of such heartbreak?
Wait. How utterly rhetorical is that.
