Lovely Boy

There's a boy who stands a few inches taller than me,
he is a bit annoying,
okay...
Very annoying.
But, you see this boy
happened in on my life and
caught me as I freefell and almost crashed into the pavment.
This boy chases demons from everyone else,
but wont speak of his own.
I love this boy, you see.
And he'll never see this.
Maybe one day he'll quit loving me.
Who knows?
In this moment I choose to cherish what we have.
Don't take your lovely boy or girl for granted.
You can't take that kind of chance.
