Illness or Happiness
I can never tell whether I get sick to my stomach when I’m near him, or if it’s just get butterflies. Maybe the fact that I get the two confused with each other says something within itself. Identifying the reason why my heart races when I see you is difficult as well, for I don’t know if I am about to get sick or if I am excited that you’re around. My stomach dropping when eye contact is made between us is definitely caused by shock, but whether it is a good or bad shock, I don’t know. Maybe it is butterflies, an increased heart rate from excitement, and a good type of shock that I get when you’re by me. Or it could be that I get sick to my stomach, an increased heart rate from illness, and a bad type of shock. Maybe you do make me sick, but you’re an illness that I would be happy to be diagnosed with.
