Don't Worry
Worry is like water, out lives revolve around it. We bathe in it, letting it weigh us down. We drink it up, letting it slosh around in the pit of our stomachs. But there is one difference, worry is unnecessary. If people would only realize that worrying will only make matters seem a lot worse than they really are, imagine how much easier life would be. People worry about everything now-a-days, how they look, what people think about them, if they will ever meet the right person, etc. But if every once in awhile they would stop to look around, take a deep breath and let whatever is stuck on their mind roll off their shoulders, they would be happier, more relaxed. Don't let worry control your life because chances are, whatever you're worried about now will be nothing more than a passing thought in the future.
