I dreamed of having him for so long,
now i could my dad was allergic but he
said we could try
When i first saw him
he was so small and shy,
he could fit in the
palm of my hand
he stood out from his brother
and his sisters because
he had a white
foot and had a patch of white
on his chest
while his brother and sisters ran toward me
he stayed back a little bit
but then i went over to him and
he was perfect he was crawling all
over me and i knew this
was going to be my dog
he sat on my lap
i patted him He
Started
To
Fall
Asleep
When we drove him home
bundled in a red blanket
sleeping with only
his nose sticking out,
I knew I made the right choice.
