True Beauty
How could I ever forget your face?
For flawless beauty was said not to exist,
And yet here you are,
Sculpted of marble and passion,
For all eyes to be envious,
And all souls to be jealous.
Where did thou come from?
If not from the pen of Oscar,
Or the brush of Michelangelo,
One does not know,
Nor does one want to know,
As art such as this mustn’t be defined,
For beauty is a mystery,
And a mystery such as this is beautiful.
