the sunlight

As I walked through the dark alleyways with the one luminescent lightbulb buzzing softly and the distant sounds of gunfire going off every minute or so, I began to wonder is anything worth it? Is life worth living if all you see is darkness? But just then the sun arose from it's slumber and brought back another reason for me to keep moving on, and to see another day
