Untitled
Aimless chatter from busy mouths
Colorful passerbys
with their heads bowed
Scarves flying
Coats rippling
sneakers scuffing
My eyes train on the chipped faded tile
Light blue
With a touch of yellow decay
My teeth gnaw at my lip
The worl spins
My haert thumps loud enough
for all to hear
Our eyes meet
The world is filled with motion
And color
But to me
Everything slows down
And the colors fade
And all I notice is you
