The Morning Horror

The interruption of my sweet dreams,
All caused by the most feared and horrendous sound known to modern human beings.
The constant chirping and ringing shatters my peace and tranquility,
Like a battle between a rock and a piece of glass.
I slowly manage to reach up and press a button to end the terror
Only to my demise school isn’t canceled,
I slowly hope that it’s an error.
