Zack Character poem
My name is Zack. When people ask me what I'm gonna do, I tell them I'm gonna drive trucks across the country. When they ask me why I'm gonna, I tell them because it' s in my blood and that's the way it's gonna be.
I like driving trucks, and being around them. The roar of the giant diesel engine the whistle of the turbos and the 18 wheels howling down the road is song of my life. You can't beat a Perterbilt 379 EXHD. The way they sit low, with big chrome monster stacks that reach to the sky, and a big drop visor. There big chrome bumpers, grills, and all the other stuff. Cover it in chicken lights and all the bells and whistles. Slap a midnight blue paint job on it and there ain't another truck on the road that can beat it.
The smell of diesel exhaust and the sound of tired rumbling engines in the morning is the best thing to wake up to. I drive trucks because that's what my father and grandfather did before me, and that's what I'm gonna do til the day I die.
