is my life a daydream

i can’t tell whether i’m alive
or asleep

a condescending thought
is death even a possibility

where does one go
what does one do

a question every person
has thought of

don’t tell me you’ve never
wondered

is life a dream?
is it all real?

is life just a
theory
of dreamers
of poets
of wonderers
of people?

i am alive
and so are
you

i know

i feel
i taste
i hear
i see
and i love

i am alive

e.e. cummings is my inspiration. I love his work. One day, I was just sitting in my bed and I was just thinking about life. Life is such an interesting concept. Stop and think about it sometime.
