“And by the way, everything in life is writable about if you have the outgoing guts to do it, and the imagination to improvise. The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.”
― Sylvia Plath

Surrounded by the darkness
Whats become of me?
In my head it's darkest
I am blind and cannot see
My heart is full of pain
And nothing can be gained
From this same old show
With no where to hide
I am running from my fears
And every night I cry
But no one sees my tears
Why doesn't anyone hear me?
It's like they cannot see
The bruises and the scars
That my pain has left behind
Please tell me love's not far
I've been waiting for so long
Will I ever find it?
Will we ever join?
So here I sit and write this poem
All alone with the loudness of the silence
Shattered in the darkness.

I was actually writing this in math class when I was in the 8th grade. This is from a few years ago.
