Anxiety is a general term for several disorders,
That causes nervousness, fear and apprehension.
But Anxiety is so much more than that.
Anxiety is feeling
your heart race x2 while
talking to your friends
on the phone.
Anxiety is lowering
your head when people
are talking to you
in fear of looking at them
in the eye.
Anxiety is stuttering
when asked a question
and quickly looking
to the floor.
Anxiety is walking
into class with your
head faced down
looking for a seat in the
back row.
Anxiety is covering
your face with your
history book while walking
down the hallway to avoid
eye contact.
Anxiety is hiding
the title of you novel
from you friends in fear
of them asking you
questions.
Anxiety is walking
down the side walk then
sprinting across after
spotting a dog.
Anxiety is having
all the lights on in your
bedroom in fear of the
monsters under your
bed.
Anxiety is separating
you food on your plate
with your knife because
they cant touch.
Anxiety is having
you books, DVDs,
trophies and posters
stacked in ABC.
Anxiety is hurting
your left hand then
needing to hurt your
right.
Anxiety is concentrating
so hard on your steps
you slip down the stairs.
Anxiety is rewriting
the title of your essay
20 times until is in the
middle of the page.
Anxiety is jumping
up one meter when you
hear the bing of the microwave.

you find your mother in the

Anxiety is having to be pried
