Hear I lay
In a pool of red
"Dear God," I pray
Filled with dread
"Please protect,"
I whisper soft
"Help them detect,"
I hack and cough
"Detect the creature lurking here
Let them leave
Please be near"
So near to death I heave
i did this for you
Please don't cry
Don't rue
The day I die
Otherwise you'd be here instead
So please, it's over
Now I'm dead
