The Nine Eleven Help

We tried to help them,
There was just nothing that could be done.
Watching our loved ones suffer and burn,
Jumping from the top floor.
It is my job to comfort them,
Now it’s too late.
Being swallowed by the twins ash,
Blinding my aching eyes.
I tried to help them,
But I only made myself hurt more.
