She Shattered
His breath wound up the wind in an icy snarl.
She followed as he moved so swiftly.
Furious flakes deluded their crunching steps
They became nothing as the world became nothing.
Her toes became inanimate extremities.
How much longer would this last.
Walking. Shivering. The snow piled on her back;
weighed her down
Her skin turned an elegant white and cracked;
A shattered armor
Pillars of the frozen forest began to overtake her
As they had over taken him. Pillars.
He turned to her and oh how the pillars gleamed.
His teeth bared and his eyes wound into daggers.
Sharp, vengeful daggers.
They cut her soul and she watched him.
She loved the beast
She loved the pillars,
The daggers;
Even if
she shattered
