Amaranth
How many ways can one describe a soul?
Some say a soul shines akin to the stars,
Others murmur of a sinister hole,
Yet more whisper of cobwebs behind bars.
Spirits are considered in diverse ways,
Many times not seeing eye to eye,
Some will declare slander and others praise,
Almost never giving heed as to why.
But does a soul’s label matter at all?
One is as limitless as a child’s dream,
Meaningful as the lone wolf’s crying call,
A design that cannot fit any scheme.
Idealistic as a raging storm,
A soul is indescribable in form.
