Exhale
The frozen breeze stood still as she withdrew upward from where her frail frame was lodged. She expanded as more of her thin, pale skin appeared from the undignified crevice of her world. And as she grew larger from that unrecognizable space, he compressed far below her until he reached the size of what she once was. Up high, beyond the crisp air and farther than what he could see, she dominated the skies, and soon, the heavens.
And she bellowed.
Oh! What joy and unruly relief did this buy for her! All the staleness and sour contempt soaked throughout the Universe as she exhaled. And for the first time for many greyed seasons, she felt whole.. and the air warmed.
