That feeling when I just want to cry,
comes from the word goodbye.

Knowing that persons not there,
makes me think lives not fair.

I seen you struggle for every breath,
sadly it's ended in death.

I try not to be sad,
it just hurts so bad.

But hey, now you can breathe,
theres no need you grieve.

You're in a better place now,
no pain and you're watching over me somehow.

Nobody lives forever,
i wish that wasn't true however.

Sometimes I wonder why,
then I remember,
to find the good in goodbye.

The author's comments:
A few months ago my grandfather (poppy) passed away. In Mr. Haucks class we had to write a poem. My poppys death really triggered me to write this poem. I was going to publish it online earlier but I just wasn't ready to. I hope that when people read this, they'll relate to it. Most of all, I would like them to remember that death isn't always a bad thing, and remember the good in goodbye.

It says "you greive". I meant "to greive"
