My Life
The sky turns black,
And the clouds appear,
Rain falls down on me,
Creating my puddle of misery,
The words that fly out of your mouth,
Stab me like shards of glass,
Broken from the mirror of my self-esteem,
My heart turns to stone,
And all the happiness,
Is sucked from my dreadful existence,
Pain increasingly destructful,
But meaning nothing to me,
For I have come to embrace it,
And it is now,
My life,
What more could be said,
About such a tragedy,
As the tears fall from my face,
The world keeps moving on,
Because no one cares enough,
To realize,
That the tears I cry,
Are for every single one of them.
