Ski trip
I’m all ready with my bags all packed.
My Dad is putting the luggage on the rack.
I am so excited I jumped in the car.
It’s a shame we to travel so far.
On our way to our favorite place.
Nice and snowy with open space.
To my left I see a moose.
To my right my brother spilled his juice.
We’re almost there I can feel it.
I’m jumping squealing I have to cool it.
Here we are at the hotel.
I keep ringing the bell.
I am as happy as can be.
As I run to the door with my room key.
The view from the room is fantastic.
I don’t want to be too drastic.
The night is almost over but another day is coming.
I’m going to ski tomorrow, I can’t stop humming.
It is morning and it’s time to ski.
I’m running to my skiis but I fell on my knee.
I put my skis on and I feel joy.
I feel like I got a new toy.
On the ski lift up, up and away.
Here we go, I’m on my way.
On top of the mountain it’s nice and cold.
On top of the mountain I feel so bold.
As I go down the wind in my face.
I feel like I’m in a race.
I’m almost down this enormous hill.
Going down is such a thrill.
As I reach the bottom I turn around.
I see the great beauty I just came down.
The day is over, it’s time to eat.
I say we have something sweet.
The restaurant had delightfull ofod.
Luckily the waiter wasn’t rude.
The night is over time for bed.
Tomorrow I’ll take out my sled
