Away from human eye
The wind howls in the night as the dark shadows float across the forest floors. Amber eyes shine in the moonlight as if they came out of a fire. The creature’s howls join the wind as they hunt down their pray. This is how it is every night running and playing then hunting for food. They might find it a game or even survival.
The moon shines on their path as a leader would for his troops. The alpha commands the others and teaches the naïve youngsters of the pack. There is a little world in this pack that humans cannot see. It’s like a secret that’s been hidden for so that not even they know themselves. They’re smart and cunning. They move with grace like no other and their speed goes to fast for most to even see.
You can feel them watching you when the moon is at its highest place but when you look all you see is branches and leafs. They cloak themselves with darkness and make you seem almost crazy even to yourself.
