The Siren
A beautiful girl laid upon the sand
Her delicate shell did not survive on land
She had raven black hair
And porcelain skin fair
But soon she will swim in the sea
Possibly with more glee
Than she ever had on the ground
With all that noise & all that sound
She will use her beautiful voice
To drown out the noise
Maybe she will not because we have kept a part
Of her once caring heart
