The Blue
Once you left, it all turned blue
The way I thought and envisioned you
I walked through my lonely mind
Only blue was what I could find
When you left, you took all my color
And all these blue shadows have only grown taller
I shake and shiver in all the lonely blue
Thinking of how you could leave with all you knew
I let you have all my secrets which made me smaller
Now this blue grows only taller
It won’t be long until it consumes me whole
This blue has all of me, even my soul
