I Scream for You
Everything screams for you
But it seems that I can't have you now
Can't see you
Can't feel you
You seem too far away to hear my call
So I fight my own screams
With swords of denial
And spears of numbness
I drill them away into deep, dark silence
I hammer the sounds into nothingness
But the screams, they echo through me
I hear them in my sleep as I dream
And in my mind as I ponder
I feel the ripples in my body as I move
And I feel it in my voice as it shakes
I try to drown them out
Make them disappear
But the screams, they pierce the walls
The traces, they echo and stay
I scream for you
Everything screams for you
