Clarifies,
They all need to realize

An illusion.
It’s nonexistent
Infinite
Time is merely
A human invention.
Maybe humans need
An intervention
About dates,
And times,
And strict deadlines.
They’re all just lies.
Meant to terrify, mortify.
But time is a cry
Of human failure
Forcing them to waver
To make them unsure
Until they bend in surrender
Time is a cheat.
And time is a fake.
It’s a lake of promptness past
A pool of infinity
It applies to mortals
And a Holy Trinity
It’s a infinite ending,
A start and a stop.
It’s invisible grip sending
Them down to the top
Everyone has a time,
A beginning and end.
Us all to dust
Time will surely rend.
So maybe they all need to
Stop.

Three o’ clock,
Half past ten,
Time’s running out
Time never ends.
Time is a sprint
For the finish line
It’s fast-paced,
And never-ending,
It’s provoking dying.
All their lives
They fear it’s shadow
They can’t be late
And they can’t make
Their grandparents worry
But they’re in a hurry
For they know that their time
Is creeping, crawling, nearing,
And they’re all still fearing
For their bones are weary
They can hardly hear me
Time turns them to dust.
As they all must
Time can be healing
And time can be kind
But time pushes them
To the end of the line
Time always chases
To the ends of the Earth
And somehow they keep running
For all that they’re worth
They chase it
And it chases them
Around and around
Life and love
Sometimes,
Just sometimes,
They can forget
That escape,
Time will never let
They run away
Flee their day.
Endless night,
Time is bringing.
They’ll turn to dust,
Time is singing.
Some think they
Can still outrun
The day when
Their time has come.
But I know,
Without a doubt,
That time
Is surely
Running out.
