largeness is the vast Universe,
perpetually journeying through nothing;
an insignificant point lies inside:
me.
speck by speck,
point by point,
star by star.
so many people live in this world,
and then there’s me:
one sole star.
one star in a wave of glowing balls of gas,
alone, inconsequential, unimportant;
oh, woe is me.
i am invisible,
surrounded by planets, worlds,
galaxies, and universes.
i am alone in the universe.
