Dear Facebook
Dear Facebook,
I hate you.
I thought you should know
Since you keep asking-
what’s on my mind.
Well I hate you
I hate you more than snakes
And sunburns
I really do hate you.
Dear Facebook,
You are jail.
I want to leave,
But I can’t.
You trap me
With the worry that there will be
Something
That I miss.
You trap me
With messages and comments
And the need to reply.
Dear Facebook,
I don’t care what my
ex boyfriend’s sister’s friend’s mother,
Made for dinner.
You are as addictive as nicotine.
Constantly scrolling.
Unable to stop,
For fear that I will miss the great news,
Tomorrow's talk of the school
But you just hand me a mass
Of relationship’s that last for a week
And endless drama.
Dear Facebook,
I hate you.
That’s what’s on my mind.
