Fore My Mummy
Right from the gecko I've gotten teased
For my mother named me Say-Ahh
And all my life I've struggled –
I think she meant Isaiah.
It's true, I guess, she says things funny
It's become, well, suit-o-lore
That when they ask for more Pacifics
She takes them to the shore
Alarmed at her window pain
She has to call the doc
And wait with baited breath
'Till he comes up the wok
Still, for all intensive purposes,
They really mean the same
So let's not go to all the fuzz
To correct eachother's names
