When I grow up,
I want to give smiles.
I don't want to be the kind of person who sits on the curb and glares at people passing by.
I want to be the person spreading joy,
Giving smiles.

I don't want to write sad poetry,
Cooped up in my room all day,
Pouring out my sad emotions in my writing,
Making sad poetry.

I want to make happy poetry,
Poetry that makes people laugh and giggle.
No more sadness.
Only smiles.

You know whenever I see so much as a glimpse of the word "Smile" anywhere I jump right to it..I don't know why really....I love your poem though and I love the way you want to give smiles. ME TOO! Never-stop-writing!
