Torn heart

He stares at me
He makes me want to flee
those eyes
make me want to cry
He doesn't realize
that he hurt me to many times
he has been so mean to me
everyone tells me
this is just a teen thing
but I think it isn't
you stomped on my heart bit by bit

Hey there! Good title, it gets the reader's attention. I like the simplicity of your poem. And I liked the line, 'this is just a teen thing'. People say that all too often and I feel like that line is over-used, don't you? Very relatable. In fact, the whole poem is relatable. I thought the set-up was very different from most, the way you spaced things out. I think you have good visuals. And I feel emotion in here. Good job!
