Infinity
Passion robs the mind,
Yet this passion
Is a Gain.
For by covering the eyes of Logic,
The true muse,
Goddess of Wisdom,
May emerge
And lead the possessed
Away from a world of possession
And show him
One of Inner Truth.
She, this devious gypsy,
Is Love.
Silently, she creeps upon us,
And silently she slips away.
Her mark, however, has
And will forever
Remain.
I know not of carved portals,
But I do feel this:
When two eyes close,
Another Eye opens.
It is the window
To the omnipresent
Yet slippery
Truth.
She,
Fairy of the night,
Is with me now.
