"Monsters are real and ghosts are real too they live inside us and sometimes they win"

~Stephen King~

Sometimes things happen
Death comes and takes someone dear to us
Someone that we may or may not have known personally
Sometimes all that you have to hang on to is hope
Hope that God takes care of them
That He had a reason for taking someone so dear
So loving
Maybe that is all that we do have
The hope that God has them
That he rocks them safe in his arms every night
Tells the children that their parents will come see them sometime
Helps the others find their love ones
Sometimes you just have to believe that God needed them more than we did
That He had a special place for them
And that being on earth wasn’t going to be good enough for someone so special
We all hope that he hears us and hugs the children before they go to bed
Gives them the kisses that the parents so badly want to give
Holds them in his arms and loves them
Loves them the way that you want to love them
There is a saying that everything in life happens for a reason
Maybe God follows that saying
But really we don’t care about that
All we care is that our child
Our love
Our heart
Is safe
And that someday whenever that time might be
You will see them
And they will run into your arms
And you will know that all the time you spent grieving
All the times you locked yourself in your room alone crying your heart out
All the pain
All the heartache
All the feelings
Were all worth it
Because you have your child back
Safe in your arms
Forever

I recently lost my nephew or niece. The baby's gender was not known. This story is based on what i believe and what my sister might hope and what her husband will. It is hard but i want to believe that someday i will meet him/her in heaven and my sister and her husband will meet him/her also. R.I.P little peanut <3 I will always love you.
