For Realizing Even The Stars Are Lonely
Once upon a time the stars kissed the sky goodnight and got lost underneath the city lights.
For a city that never sleeps, all the people on the streets were drained.
Not tired, but the type of exhaustion that makes you wonder what could have taken the color from their cheeks and replace it with a cold, pale stare.
The city is realizing that their set of bones is no different than the next pretty face on the street.
Let me tell you something about change.
Change never happens because we fear it.
What a lonely and wasteful existence we have.
