Santa for Years
Whenever Christmas approaches,
the children await the coming of Santa
He brings them free things,
and they don’t need to do anything.
But what about the parents?
They work hard, making sure the children can receive gifts from Santa.
Spending money, so Santa can look good.
What child does not love Santa?
And what parent does not hate Santa?
I know they exist, but I can’t see why
Why some would want to slave away,
And promote sloth and greed in others
