Why can't I
Why can't I look pretty without make up smeared across my face
Replace braces and glasses that show my flaws
I accept my flaws, most of the time but when you come around
My head starts looking down.
Why can't I feel pretty when your around
Life's not a beauty competition
I'm not trying to be a beauty queen
When your around
I've got the brains, some of the beauty
I could judge you
Your not perfect
We're like a two sided story
But one doesn't know what's going on
I didn't sign up to be the next patient queen
Why can't I feel pretty when you look my way
