Oh, Mother I wish I could,
But there’s this energy inside,
And I can’t contain it.
Calm Down!
Get Down!
Slow Down!
Why Mom?
Why can’t I climb, jump, and screech?
Why can’t I have fun?
Climb Down!
Don’t fall Down!
Stay Down!
All I want is my freedom,
Is that too much to ask?
I am only a kid.
