Heart Cancer
This is the poem that cries
in the night when it’s darkest outside
that tells you to scream
because of the embarrassment of crying
because the thought can never leave your mind.
And when the tears float away
your heart feels like dancing
This is the poem that makes you believe
that the fate can change
that the cancer can go away, just like the flu.
