false strength
Pretending to seem strong
When all I feel is weak
To me it feels so wrong
To ignore life that I seek
Search for a golden key
To unlock the secret door
The truth no one can see
Just bristles at my core
I hope all turns out well
Contrary to how it seems
The image I must sell
Is born of a machine
Discontentment
Insides bubbling and churning
Untamed riots torment me
But I don’t let it show
Its not for them
Or you
To see
Because I must be
Their strength, their false
False strength
