Bloody Spring
The green grass seems to shine,
The sun glowing oh so brightly,
Yet it still seems to be,
A bloody spring.
Flower are blooming,
Yet my heart is shrinking,
It looks like it will be,
A bloody spring.
The insects buzzing,
The birds flying,
Yet they have the tears of,
A bloody spring.
So red and dreadful,
The color of all things terrible,
Painting the once blue sky,
Its a bloody spring.
The clouds are falling,
Blocking the light,
The redness clinging to me,
Like its a bloody spring.
As you come closer,
The world goes quiet,
I can feel that it will be,
A bloody spring.
I smile as the blade enters my body,
A grin that will be etched in your soul,
Forever reminding you of,
This bloody spring.
