Inadequacy
Surrounding me is inadequacy.
Not from lacking ability,
But this state of degeneracy
Spawning from the audacity
Of a youth thriving off idiocracy.
A youth enthralled with conception,
Obsessed with self-deception.
Ignorant of the inefficacy,
Pervading their generation.
Too accustomed to delicacy
For any attempt of acclimation
To yield results, other than prostration.
Drowning in dead hypocrisy,
I'm so sick of this aristocracy
That relies on provocation
For any sense of dedication.
Ascend beyond endless mediocracy
To the heights of illumination
Where we can see the possibility
Of a unified civilization.
