Catch MAG
Ice cold water and our own little altar
We'd share an apple on the bench
I had my scope, clip tight, fully loaded
And you had your red-painted wrench
Waterproof boots were the best for us
Considering we didn't know how to swim
Suits were dry, but wrinkled like hell
And our flasks were filled to the rim
Bubbles in our mind of the smallest ideas
Probably the worst thoughts of anything
You would keep me alive and healthy
And I'd keep away that self-conscious sting
I always enjoyed the feeling of spring
For some reason, you liked the fall
I'll always regret how I said I loved you
Because I didn't even say it at all
