Losing Hope
The fog so dense you can hardly breathe.
The birds' ominous crow that stalks your every move.
Everyone is conscious of the misery they feel.
But even with all the depression and despair,
you try to feel hope for the up incoming day.
You tell everyone to be optimistic.
You try to believe
that happiness is on it's way.
All your troubles will disappear.
The sun will come out.
The fog will be gone.
The misery will fade away.
Nobody can sense it,
but I know what's approaching.
HAPPINESS
LIGHT
WARMTH
the night will die away
and a new day will come
