Nothing
And here comes the rain again
Seeping into my skin
Down in bones,
Oh so cold
That’s where I need you again
Close to me
Filling every hollow piece that leaves me empty
And though I cry,
Wanna Die
I still open my eyes to nothing
And I reach out for you
My fingers barely grasp the moon
And it is nothing
It is nothing
But cold
I hear your words,
The ones I have thought up
They penetrate my walls
And make me feel at home
And there you are,
Arms so open wide.
What a lovely surprise.
And I am overjoyed.
But then the storm,
It’s getting just a bit stronger,
And the clouds,
Their tails stretch just a little longer.
And I awake,
To an empty room
But not you.
And there is nothing
I feel nothing.
I see nothing.
And now,
My hopes of you
Me
Us
We.
They are nothing.
