No Light in a Dark Mirror
When I look in the mirror,
I don't see what you do.
I see something different,
Something much darker,
Than you'd expect of me.
When I look in the mirror,
All I see is a failure,
Someone who can do nothing right,
No matter how hard they try.
I see a broken down shell
Of a once so happy girl.
I see someone broken,
Someone hopeless,
Someone lost
With no light at the end of the tunnel.
When I look in the mirror,
I hate what I've become,
A ghost of my former self,
Completely lost in the dark.
I'm tring to find my way back,
Trying to find a path,
But I need a light
Something to guide my way.
Someone, please, help me
I want to come back home.
I want to find the light
