Graveyard
Grass that grows together
Uniformly green
Could go on forever
Has a silver sheen
The breeze blows oddly softly
For such a chilly day
Bringing Autumn wafting
Through this October grey
Leaves crunch underfoot while walking
Silence rhythmically offset
Wandering, looking, but not talking
Feeling here but distant
Infinite small white squares
Protruding from the ground
No difference unless you stare
A different name may be found
Move on further to greater wealth
And entire carved out speeches
But statuettes can't help their health
Nor can memories of days on beaches
