Atticus Road
I was walking and came to a fork in the road
A man was passing bye too, and I asked,
"Which path do I take?"
"Well, where do you want to go?"
"Doesn't matter."
"Then it doesn't matter which path you take."
"What if I want to go catch up with my dream?"
The man replied,
"Still doesn't matter which path you take."
"Why?" I asked him
"Because they both lead to the same place."
"Then which one are you going to take?"
He looked at me weirdly
As if I was missing something obvious
He pointed to one of the paths
Again I asked why, "Why that one?"
Looking at me straight eye, he spoke,
"Miss, because this one's a straight path,
Where I can clearly see my dream at the end."
